Land Experience: There’s no doubt that specific experience selling vacant land & lots is critical when choosing an agent to represent you in a purchase or sale. Vacant land is simply just different. Even the contract itself has notable differences in its structure, timelines, and requirements. We’ve seen inexperienced agents jeopardize their client’s earnest money due to a lack of understanding our the vacant land contract. Stephen has been showing and selling vacant land for over 10 years. It’s not only the depth but breadth of his vacant land experience that matters. He’s helped buy & sell production neighborhood lots, acre parcels, expansive land tracts, and even developer parcels, all of which have their own unique twists. General Experience: Having initially received his real estate license in October 2004, Stephen has made real estate his full-time career and passion since 2008. During this time Stephen has received tremendous experience in selling a wide variety of real estate products, representing both sellers & buyers to become a multi-million dollar producer. This breadth of experience includes: new home sales, listing & selling primary residences, listing & selling vacant land, listing & selling luxury homes, investment properties, rentals, and real estate development parcels. Continued education and advancement of his skills will be a lifelong journey for Stephen to always stay current with market trends, industry changes, and to provide his clients with the best service possible. Already a Graduate of the REALTOR© Institute (GRI), Stephen’s experience in real estate is first-rate from selling entry-level homes to $1,000,000+ luxury homes. In addition to earning his GRI, Stephen has also earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation and received the e-PRO Certification of advanced online real estate knowledge.
